Return and Refund Policy

At Ilumina Radiance, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Opened hygiene products cannot be returned

How to Return: Send an email to info@iluminaradiance.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
